Maximising Teaching Method Seminar

Understand your personality and communicate better. This is basically the idea behind the Maximising Teaching Method (MTM) Seminar. Teachers need to explore effective communication methods based on their personalities. MTM seeks to help educators recognise their own behavioural style as this determines the way they communicate and teach. This will also enable them to do a better job of transferring knowledge to a class of 40 students. In addition, if they have a better grasp of how students learn, they can improve their teaching method.

We seek to encourage both 'seasoned' teachers and new ones. With their heavy responsibilities, frustration at having to deal with all kinds of students and having to work with very little support in an unconducive environment, we seek to motivate and encourage them.

Our purpose in holding MTM seminars is to work with teachers. They are the ones who have a great influence on the lives of young people. By enriching teachers, we enrich students. By making a difference in teachers' lives, we impact the lives of student too!
