It is the policy of Campus Crusade for Christ International that staff members develop their own support team to finance their involvement in the movement. All staff work under the same financial policies and pay scale which are designed to provide an adequate income to allow them to sufficiently meet the needs of their family.

New Staff

• New Life Staff
  • a 12-month term staff opportunity where staff are mentored on the job in a regular ministry field.
  • Curriculum--New Life Training Center (NLTC) curriculum culminating in an NLTC Basic Certificate.
  • May apply to renew for one additional 12-month term as New Life Staff or upgrade to regular New Staff status.

   

• New Life Staff (second term)
  • a second 12-month term staff opportunity where staff are mentored on the job in trainership in a regular ministry field.
  • Curriculum--New Life Training Center Trainers Training curriculum culminating in an NLTC Advanced Certificate.
  • May not apply for renewal of additional term as New Life Staff but may apply to upgrade to regular New Staff status.

   

• New Staff
  • a 3-year regular staff opportunity where staff are trained and mentored on the job in leadership development and ministry skills as a missionary.
  • Curriculum--New Staff Training (NST) curriculum culminating in a Great Commission Training Center Certificate.
  • May apply for continuing development through coaching, upgrade through apprenticeship, specialization and other formal training
